The Inglenook Restaurant is—as the name implies—cozy, warm and comfortable. Designed by owner and executive chef Rod Brubacher and his wife Pam, the Inglenook greets customers with an ambience of warm colors, a distinctive contemporary art collection and soft soothing jazz music that sets the tone for a very enjoyable and relaxed dining experience.
Rod, Pam and their three daughters Ryan, Laurel and Kenzie have nurtured this quaint little spot in downtown Loveland, Colorado into one of the true dining gems in Northern Colorado.
Careful consideration has always been the focus on menu development in order to offer a varied menu that is classic in style, without pretention.

"I wanted to establish a restaurant with quality food, quality service and an ambience that will have customers saying ‘What an excellent dining experience!'" Rod says. Entrees range from beef tournedos or roast duck to the customer favorite pecan encrusted salmon.
The Inglenook also has a bistro menu that offers lighter fare such as pan seared scallops, clam linguine and chicken basil risotto in chili-tomato coulis. A well chosen wine list offers selections that will compliment any dishes prepared nightly. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and ready to assist customers make that “just right” pairing of entree and wine for their dining pleasure.
Even when cooking on busy nights, Rod manages to make the time to talk with each table, recognizing many of his customers by their first names, and upon occasion, remembering where a customer sat and what they ordered on their last visit to the Inglenook. If you are visiting for the first time, by the time you leave, you will also feel that you are a member of the The Inglenook customer family.

The Inglenook Restaurant is somewhat unobtrusive for first time visitors. It is located at 530 North Cleveland in downtown Loveland, Colorado at the corner of Cleveland Avenue and 6th street, across the street from The Pulliam Community Building.
There is plenty of parking on both sides of Cleveland Avenue and 6th Street as well as a parking lot behind the restaurant. If you are unable to locate The Inglenook, please don't hesitate to call us and you will receive careful directions as well as a parking update.
Whatever the occasion—special or not—the Inglenook is definitely a dining choice to be added to anyones list, and once visited, will remain a top choice for many years to come.
